Refund Policy

This policy covers the currently available Telegram Stars and TON payment methods. Non-waivable statutory rights still apply.
1. Telegram Stars top-ups
A top-up is eligible for a full self-service refund from account purchase history only within seven days of purchase and only if none of its paid credits has been used.
Once any credit from that pack is used, self-service refund is unavailable. Bonus credits from the pack are revoked with a refund.
A Stars refund is returned to the original Stars balance by the Telegram bot that collected it. Contact support if an older bot or platform error prevents self-service processing.
2. Pro subscription
Pro is not self-refundable. Contact support for any other request; it will be handled under applicable law, platform rules, and the circumstances.
If a Stars Pro refund is approved and completed, Pro access is revoked immediately. Without renewal, access returns to the free plan when the current paid period ends.
3. TON payments
The TON amount is converted from the item's USD reference price when the order is created and is displayed before wallet confirmation.
Confirmed blockchain transactions are irreversible, so no on-chain self-service refund is available. For duplicate crediting or a technical issue, send the transaction hash for review; review does not guarantee a refund.
