1. The Service

The Service provides market-data scanning, conditional screening, quotes and news aggregation, watchlists, schedules, and notification research tools. Features, market coverage, and available data may change.

2. No investment advice

All content is for information and research only. It is not investment advice, an offer, solicitation, credit rating, or profit guarantee.

Third-party data may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate. Investing involves risk; you are responsible for every trade and risk decision.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in methods and devices secure and take responsibility for account activity. Email, Google, and Telegram identities may be used or linked where supported.

You may not scrape at unauthorized scale, attack or disrupt the Service, impersonate others, evade rate or payment controls, or use the Service unlawfully.

4. Payments and refunds

Telegram environments use Telegram Stars; Web/PWA uses TON. The item, price, and payment amount displayed at confirmation control the transaction.

Refunds follow the separate Refund Policy and non-waivable consumer law. Confirmed TON transactions are irreversible.

5. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may adjust or suspend features for operations, security, legal requirements, or third-party availability. Where reasonably practicable, material effects will be announced in the Service or through an enabled channel.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of timeliness, accuracy, completeness, availability, or a particular result. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Governing law

Subject to non-waivable consumer rights where you live, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
