Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service provides market-data scanning, conditional screening, quotes and news aggregation, watchlists, schedules, and notification research tools. Features, market coverage, and available data may change.

2. No investment advice

All content is for information and research only. It is not investment advice, an offer, solicitation, credit rating, or profit guarantee.

Third-party data may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate. Investing involves risk; you are responsible for every trade and risk decision.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in methods and devices secure and take responsibility for account activity. Email, Google, and Telegram identities may be used or linked where supported.

You may not scrape at unauthorized scale, attack or disrupt the Service, impersonate others, evade rate or payment controls, or use the Service unlawfully.

4. Payments and refunds

The payment methods currently available are listed below. The item, price, and payment amount shown before you pay control the transaction.

Telegram Mini App / Bot: Telegram Stars.

Web / PWA: PayPal one-time payments, with optional auto-renewal for Pro.

Web / PWA: cryptocurrency (USDT / USDC). The exact amount is shown before payment.

Pro with PayPal auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time in account settings. Cancelling stops future charges and the current paid period runs to its end; periods already billed are not refunded by cancelling.

Refunds follow the separate Refund Policy and non-waivable consumer law.

5. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may adjust or suspend features for operations, security, legal requirements, or third-party availability. Where reasonably practicable, material effects will be announced in the Service or through an enabled channel.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as-is, without a guarantee of timeliness, accuracy, completeness, availability, or a particular result. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Governing law

Subject to non-waivable consumer rights where you live, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

9. External API and MCP

The external API and MCP provide results computed under Insightr rules and compilations of public data for information and research. They are not investment advice, and accuracy, completeness, and timeliness are not guaranteed.

The license and attribution fields accompanying each data row identify its license and source. When paraphrasing or providing the data to others, you must retain these fields and comply with the license conditions. Some fields are withheld because of data licensing restrictions.

The account holder is responsible for safeguarding API keys. Calls and charges resulting from a leaked key are the account's responsibility. You may revoke a key at any time.

Successful calls are billed by endpoint. Free accounts include 200 metered calls per UTC month; Pro accounts include 2000. Zero-cost products do not use the included calls. Calls beyond the included allowance cost credits. Consumed credits are not refundable, subject to non-waivable statutory rights. Failed calls (4xx/5xx) are not charged.

Each key has a per-minute call limit; exceeding it returns 429. When the Service is busy, it returns 503. Follow Retry-After when retrying.

You may not evade rate limits, including by using multiple keys or accounts, resell or redistribute raw data at scale, or disrupt the Service. Keys or accounts that violate these rules may be disabled.

You are responsible for configuring, operating, and securing your webhook receiver. Insightr makes best efforts to deliver and retry, but does not guarantee delivery or delivery order. Receivers with consecutive failures are automatically disabled.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will also be announced in the Service or through an enabled channel.
